David started life in the public sector working in restaurants as an Assistant Manager. Following on from University, David became a CIW professional and strives to become not only an influential member of the team, but also a Senior Project Manager by using his 'people skills' and technical knowledge.

David's a born and bred South Londoner and has developed a small passion for Italian food after working in Italian restaurants. He also enjoys most sports and used to play semi-professional pool in the Mercury Hertfordshire and District Pool League, climbing three divisions in three years.
