The multipoint booking functionality of Global Hospitality Web allows a user to quickly and easily book a meeting in several locations across multiple time zones. Optional integration with Cisco’s TMS (TelePresence Management Suite) takes this one step further, by adding VC call management and endpoint control. When booking a multipoint meeting in Global Hospitality Web, the call details for the video conference can be automatically updated in TMS.
