Service Notifications
The Service Notification Suite is a radical way of managing and co-ordinating facility requirements throughout your building or meeting room suite.
The Service Notification Suite displays all items which a service provider (such as catering, audiovisual or pantry teams) is required to deliver during a user-configurable look-ahead period. Any new or changed requirements which involve them will drive a visual alert on the screen, which will continue until “accepted” by a service provider. Instant notification of last-minute changes, such as changing the room of the meeting, are communicated seamlessly to service provider staff.
