Visitor control

As most visitors to an organisation would be attending meetings, Global Hospitality Web incorporates complete Visitor Management as standard.  Visitors can be registered at the point of entry (such as Reception), or can be pre-registered by the meeting host or agent.  

Pre-registration allows for a prompt processing of visitors at the Front of House.  With the MS Outlook and Lotus Notes Calendar Integration modules, attendees can be incorporated into a meeting room booking as internal attendees or external visitors seamlessly.  

Visitor badges can be printed ahead of the visitor's arrival, to further speed up the process.  The Visitor List is used as a live list of expected and departed attendees.  This dynamic and flexible list can be sorted and filtered by any field, allowing the Receptionist the power to view visitor information exactly as is required.
