Rolling Meeting List is a supporting module for Global Hospitality Web.  It is designed for busy reception areas, especially unstaffed ones, and displays the information needed to direct your guests and hosts to their correct meeting or conference rooms.

In busy organisations, the total list of meetings taking place is often too long to display on one screen. As its name suggests, Rolling Meeting List will gently scroll through all the entries.

Like every Datacraft product, Rolling Meeting List can be configured to meet your needs. It allows you to:

    Display designated rooms or areas only
    Show all meetings about to start or in progress
    Suppress information on sensitive or private meetings
    Hide meetings belonging to specified hosts
    Add in selected fields from Global Hospitality Web
    Edit the colour scheme to reflect corporate colours, or include a company logo


    For many of our clients, Rolling Meeting List has reduced the number of staff required at the reception desk, giving receptionists more time to manage the floor and deal with important visitors or phone calls.
