Calendar Integration for Microsoft Outlook or Lotus Notes

►  Web content integrated into Microsoft Outlook or Lotus Notes for end users / all staff to request or reserve rooms and resources.
►  Bookings are linked to appointments with dynamic two way interaction between the calendar and Global Hospitality Web
►  COM Add-in to host web content and conduct event handling installed on each client, or deployed centrally.

Service Notification Screen

►  Software to run on a wall or desk mounted touch screens in service provider areas, such as Kitchen, Pantry, AV team.

Hot Desking - FlexiDesk®

►  Software to run on a wall or desk-mounted touch screen in Reception or open area to display hot desk bookings, also for users to book desks on the fly, check in and locate colleagues. 
►  End user version accessible via desktop web browsers to book in advance.
►  Requires only Internet Explorer to be installed on the client PC.
