FlexiDesk
FlexiDesk is a browser-based solution for busy hot desk environments, offering both self-managed and central management interfaces. Interactive images depict floor plans showing desk availability, and allow them to be booked by a simple key click. This interface uses the same central database as Global Hospitality Web.
Advanced booking management is available through the Desktop version of FlexiDesk, whilst on the day “check in” and last minute bookings are handled by a Kiosk version, designed for touch screens situated on the desk floors. Rules and regulations can be specific for each version, thus defining the booking process and enforcing in-house business rules.
Whether booking a desk at the last minute, or locating a colleague or department to visit, through FlexiDesk the user is provided with a modern and intuitive interface, hosted entirely by web browser.

The FlexiDesk Admin tool controls and configures the system using intuitive “drag-and-drop” functionality for adding desks onto uploaded floor plans. Together with Global Hospitality Web, this enables administration staff to define business rules and time-slot properties to enforce desk booking regulations.
