We are recruiting for the following vacancy:

Application Support Specialist

We are seeking a confident and enthusiastic person to join the team which provides support services to our international client base of 220+ sites using our in-house developed range of software.

The successful candidate will bring energy and resourcefulness, combined with excellent verbal and written skills, and strong face-to-face presentation skills. Possession of a range of communication styles is pivotal to the role, for interaction with a variety of technical and non technical staff.

Essential Skills Required:

►	IT background with a working knowledge of databases including SQL queries and Stored Procedures (SQL Server/Oracle/Sybase)
►	Minimum of 18 months commercial IT experience working in a similar environment
►	Excellent written and client facing communication skills
►	Ability to work under pressure and ensure deadlines are met
►	Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
