Datacraft Design Limited provide free user support for the first year. Our support desk is open from 08.30 until 18.00 (UK time). All of our staff are skilful in talking to nervous and novice users and 95% of support issues can be handled over the telephone.

All new features are provided and installed free of charge. Documentation is provided to explain the changes and a how-to-use session is given at the same time.
