
The Rolling Meeting List is a supporting module for Global Hospitality Suite™. It is designed to run in busy reception areas, especially those which are un-staffed, and it displays useful information to direct hosts and their guests to the correct meeting or conference room.
In busy organisations, the total list will be too long to display on one screen, and as its name suggests, it will gently scroll through the entries.
Rolling Meeting List is highly configurable, allowing you fine control over its look and feel, such as:
- • Display designated rooms or areas only
- • Show all meetings about to start or in progress
- • Suppress sensitive or private meetings
- • Hide meetings belonging to specified hosts
- • Show a column for any information from Global Hospitality Suite™
