Global Hospitality Suite™ allows badges to be printed for individual visitors or for groups of visitors.
The format of badges can be tailored to suit individual organisations. For example: Badges can be printed on card, sticky labels or even pre-printed stationery. The information appearing on the badge can include fixed fields, such as the name of your company, or information specific to the visitor and the meeting being attended. For example, the guests name and company, the host's name, the meeting time and room number.
The choice of printer will depend on requirements such as the type of badge, quality of printing and the amount of space available for the printer. In principle, any printer can be accommodated. In most cases, adapting to a specific printer will be included in the price of Global Hospitality Suite™.
With the Advanced Badges option the tailoring of the content, style and size of the badge can be done easily by you to suit your company's needs. Automatic recognition of the host's department can print unique badges for each department.
