The Facility Notification Suite is a radical way of managing and co-ordinating facility requirements throughout your building or meeting room suite.

Additions and changes to requirements for the current day involve communicating with the facility providers to let them know where new meetings are being held and what deliveries are required. This communication of change can be handled automatically by implementing this module to support Global Hospitality Suite™.

The screen in Facility Notification Suite displays all items which one or a group of service providers is required to deliver during a user-configurable look-ahead period. Any new or changed requirements which involve them will drive a visual alert on the screen, which will continue until "accepted" by a service user.

The screen is colour coded to denote the urgency of each requirement, and when each item is "delivered", the tile vanishes from the screen.
